The Church of St John, Ainsdale
The Parish Church of Ainsdale, in the Diocese of Liverpool, Church of England
This part of the Church Garden is used if only to sit and remember passed love ones or to attend an interment of ashes. The garden entrance from Liverpool Road, where the steel arch frame is located, was consecrated by the then Bishop of Warrington on the 13 June 1976, during the time of Reverend John Morris, approx 30 Years ago.
This area, due to the ravages of time and erosion of soil and bushes, needed an upgrade. Due to the generosity of our parishioners the refurbishment is now under way. Further details will be put on this page as work progresses.
